Quality Policy

Polytron Industries Pvt. Ltd. being a quality driven business, lays massive emphasis on the quality of our garments. We are a high quality readymade Garments Manufacturing Company. At Polytron, we have endeavored in quality, innovation and customer satisfaction. Our quality control system ensures that our products and services meet and exceed our client’s expectations. We believe in using PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) as the main quality tool, which enables us to furnish quality assurance to our customers. We believe in being socially compliant to all our client’s norms

Social compliance is one of the most important factors for competing in today’s global market. There are processes laid out at all stages of production to ensure high standards in quality. A lot of emphasis is laid on the designs, color and strength of garments. We ensure that the fabric is of the finest quality and so are the other inputs. Design is as important as quality is significant. All our garments are subject to in-house tests for multiple times. The scrutiny begins from the receiving of raw materials. We are proud of our ‘4-Point Quality Check’ and our quality control begins at the very initial stage of designing. Our garments are known for their quality workmanship. Our design team ensures that each product is of high quality and in accordance with the client preferences. Once cleared, the raw materials are adopted for manufacturing.

We ensure minimization in possibility of lapses in quality surveillance process. Our garments are made to high quality standards with proper dimensional stability, color fastness, shrinkage control and uniform dyeing. Each product is subjected to strict quality control measures to ensure that only the best in terms of quality and design reaches the customer.

We shall strive for continual improvements in all spheres of our quality and maintain Quality Management System within the framework of ISO 9001:2015.

Environmental Policy

We are committed to providing a quality service in a manner that ensures a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and minimizes our potential impact on the environment. We will operate in compliance with all relevant environmental legislation and we will strive to use pollution prevention and environmental best practices in all we do.

We will:

  • Integrate the consideration of environmental concerns and impacts into all of our decision making and activities
  • Promote environmental awareness among our employees and encourage them to work in an environmentally responsible manner. Train, educate and inform our employees about environmental issues that may affect their work.
  • Reduce waste via reuse and recycling and by purchasing recycled, recyclable or refurbished products and materials where these alternatives are available, economical and suitable.
  • Promote efficient use of materials and resources throughout our facility including water, electricity, raw materials and other resources, particularly those that are non-renewable.
  • Avoid unnecessary use of hazardous materials and products, seek substitutions when feasible, and take all reasonable steps to protect human health and the environment when such materials must be used, stored and disposed of.
  • Purchase and use environmentally responsible products accordingly.
  • Where required by legislation or where significant health, safety or environmental hazards exist, develop and maintain appropriate emergency and spill response programme.
  • Communicate our environmental commitment to clients and the public and encourage them to support it.
  • Strive to continually improve our environmental performance and minimize the social impact and damage of activities by periodically reviewing our environmental policy in light of our current and planned future activities.

Safety Policy

Keeping in mind the health and safety of our employees, we have taken all the necessary measures:

  • We conduct meetings and awareness programmes on sexual harassment of women at the workplace (prevention, prohibition and redressal) for welfare and safety of our female workers.
  • We have work committees which monitor the health and safety of our employees.
  • We follow all the safety measures and guidelines as per local law.
  • We have proper ventilation and lightning system in our factory with advanced technologies.
  • We have good drinking water facilities.
  • We have proper sanitation and housekeeping facilities at our workplace.
  • We conduct First Aid Training and Mock Drill Programmes such as Fire Training on a regular basis.
  • We assess the workplace for hazards on a regular basis.
  • Provide PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Awareness Programme.
  • Provide PPE training and instruction for employees regarding proper use of equipment.
